Several students involved in the Center for Advanced Research in Drying have recently graduated or are expecting to graduate in 2019:
Ozan Kahraman – PhD – Student of Dr. Hao Feng in Food Science (FSHN), University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expects to graduate in August, 2019.
Koohyar Pooladvand – PhD – Student of Dr. Cosme Furlong in Mechanical Engineering, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, expects to graduate in May, 2019.
Milad Farzad – PhD – Student of Dr. Jamal Yagoobi in Mechanical Engineering,Worcester Polytechnic Institute, has received his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2018.
Oguz Ozturk – PhD – Student of Dr. Pawan Takhar in Food Science (FSHN),University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expects to graduate in January, 2019.
Sindy Palma – PhD – Student of Dr. Hao Feng in Food Science (FSHN), University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has taken a position at Bowman Andros Products as a Quality Control Manager.
Luis Vargas – PhD – Student of Dr. Hao Feng in Food Science (FSHN), University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has taken a position at Bowman Andros Products as a R&D Technical Food Scientist.
