Fidele Abedi Successfully Defends Dissertation

We are so pleased to announce that Fidele Abedi successfully defended his dissertation on January 26, 2023. The title of his thesis is “Multiscale Modeling of Transport Mechanisms, Strain, and Stress in Food Products Subjected to Drying.” His advisor at the University of Illinois was Dr. Pawan Takhar.
